WHAT WE OFFER
SKS offer a bespoke service to each individual by tailoring training programmes and nutrition programmes to match and achieve your personal goals. We offer outdoor training (weather permitting) as well as indoor training, and online training via zoom. This has been helpful to many clients especially during COVID 19 who wanted to continue training throughout and working online also enables clients to work more flexibly around other commitments.

1-2-1 PT SESSIONS
These sessions are tailor made just for you. So no matter your level of fitness, each programme will be individualised. We will work with you on reaching your fitness goals, no matter what they are, they could be to build muscle, tone, lose/gain weight or just to feel happier and healthier in general. Everyone has their own set of goals.
We will help you move correctly, comfortably and confidently, helping you achieve results that inspire you to keep going.

BOOTCAMP SESSIONS
Our bootcamp sessions are a great way to stay fit and meet new people, these sessions are for all abilities. Bootcamp consists of a mixture of strength training and cardio. There are various exercise stations set up using a wide range of equipment.
Each individual exercise is designed to work a different part of your body and to assist in sculpting and strengthening this area during the workout.
You are in control, you can push the limits or maintain them. It’s up to you.
This is a class for everyone from beginner to intermediate level. Everyone works at their own pace, injuries are also taken into consideration and each exercise will have a substitute in this case allowing you to feel comfortable and confident.

1-2-1 Pilates / Small Group Sessions
Pilates mainly help you work on flexibility, well-being and core strength. We offer 1-2-1 sessions or small group sessions and this is beneficial in helping you build a strong connection with your body and mind. Stretching is also a great way to relax those tired muscles.
