ABOUT ME

The name SKS means a lot to me as they are my late dad’s initials. My dad was a huge part of mine and my children’s life so we chose the name of the business together and have dedicated it to him. Everyday when I’m working I have my logo looking back at me which reminds me of one of my main purposes in life which is to honour my dad everyday and always make him proud. 

I would also like to say a massive thank you to my mum who I will always and forever be grateful for as she has been by my side supporting me throughout my life.

I love travelling whether that be discovering new places within the UK or travelling abroad, as personally, I adore going to the beach. For me, the beach is the place where I can go to forget all my worries and clear my head while showing off one of my many bikinis. 

I have visited many countries including India, Dubai, Boston, New York and most of Europe. This has been eye opening for me as it has allowed me to understand a little bit more into different cultures and try new cuisines as who doesn’t love food?

Some may also think of me as a shopaholic, I’m mad about shoes, bags, bikinis and coats but most of all gymwear and trainers, remember a girl can never have too many shoes!

As well as travelling and shopping, socialising is a must for me. I absolutely love dancing the night away. Music is also a big motivator in my life whether that be when I’m working out or if I’m on a long drive. Speaking of long drives, I love fast cars, especially my car, his name is Ethan.

After all life moves pretty fast and if you don’t stop to take in the view every once in a while you could miss it. To me it’s all about making memories and appreciating what you have.

I’ve been training with Pip for quite some time now doing both pt and boot camps and I feel so much more fit, stronger, toned, and energetic. She really pushes you to achieve your best, even though Ill occasionally hurl abuse at her, ha! No 2 sessions are ever the same, which is perfect as it helps me stay motivated. Pip is my trainer but also my friend and after a good session, you feel good physically and mentally!

PT sessions with Pip are a lot of fun and really work. She genuinely cares about her clients and tailors the sessions based on your starting point and your aims. She provides expert supervision and guidance, ensuring that you do each exercise correctly. This makes all the difference. She pushes you further each session. I can already see changes after only 5 sessions and am hooked!

Pip! A wonderful, informative and driven personal trainer. With a no tolerance for excuses. Have started a year ago with one on one personal training to tone and increase stamina throughout my day, a year on I can safely say I have achieved that goal. The bootcamp sessions are fun as well as demanding with a great workout atmosphere. High recommended.

Pip is a wonderful motivator and she is not afraid to push you. She leads by example and is really inspirational. I love the group boot camps (and the music!) and the personal training is tailored to me and my goals with lots of thought and preparation behind each session. Pip is also able to look at my nutrition and advise on how to compliment my training by eating the right foods.
